Our valuations are based on over 25 years of being in the property business.

We are not the type of agent who artificially inflate your valuation to get you on board, and then ask you to reduce your price a week later. Neither do we undervalue your home in order to get a quick commission

. Our aim is to market your property for the highest price possible that will achieve a sale in line with your goals.

We market only a limited number of properties, we are not a volume sales-based estate agent. Our name, reputation, and the service we provide to you is our primary focus.

Property Sourcing

We are happy to help you find your ideal home, should the current list of houses for sale not meet your expectations. This includes a postal campaign to houses that could meet your expectations and be your next castle. Just let us know during your consultation what you are looking for and your price range, and we will do the rest.

Property Buying & Selling

Whilst buying or selling a property should be an easy, stress-free experience, unfortunately this isn’t always the case. As part of our service, we will provide you with as much or as little assistance and help as you require. We can put you in touch with other professionals such as mortgage brokers and solicitors etc. Whilst other agents receive a fee for their introduction, we do not operate in that manner. We receive no fee or commission when putting you in touch with other professionals. That we find, is the only way to ensure you receive an impartial service that serves your needs not anyone else’s. We stay in touch with all the professionals involved and feedback to yourself to ensure a smooth transaction.

Consultation

Along with most estate agents, we also offer a free initial consultation. The difference with us is that ours is direct, precise and tailored around your requirements rather than ours. We prefer an honest, no-nonsense approach. If we feel we cannot provide a good service, we will tell you, rather than waste your time.
